Pros

They are a big company and have a ton of resources available.

Cons

There is zero focus on quality it all has to deal with quantity. They would rather see their recruiters send 10 resumes that aren't close than 3 resumes that are spot on. Local management is a total joke. Within 6 months of being there I was the Sr member of a team and responsible for training new recruiters. Prepare to be micromanage.

Pros

Very flexible work that can be done from anywhere. Would give half a star if possible.

Cons

You have the worst comp plan out of any other big recruiting company. Upper management promotes hostile work environments by discussing firing people and taking commissions from those that they are supposed to be training, this is in front of everyone in the bull pin. I have also been retaliated against when trying to give feedback, they won’t help and will try and get you to quit if you give any negative feedback. The sales team has gone from 10 people to less than 5 in less than 2 years and they are letting people train and hire that are later demoted months later. I would stay far away from here and would only use this job as a stepping stone much better opportunity is elsewhere. Never work for Garry or Zach.
