Very professional but a sweat shop - micromanagement defined - treat everyone like they are fresh out of college! - Senior Business Development Robert Half Employee Review

Pros

Professionalism, good advertising and brand name. Keeps you organized. Nice offices for interviews. Sponsors business events in local communities so values networking.

Cons

Too focused on metrics instead of value add that experienced employees bring to the table. Treats everyone the same, regardless of experience level - a sweat shop. Counts and tracks activity hours - major micromanagement. Discounts its employees and thinks everyone and everything should be the same business model even though dealing with extreme different levels of expertise that do not always fit the mold. So the best, most experienced employees do not stay here - look how many start their own firms or go to competitors! Does not reward top performers - what have you done today, instead of what have you done over months and years. Very political.

Pros

Very flexible work that can be done from anywhere. Would give half a star if possible.

Cons

You have the worst comp plan out of any other big recruiting company. Upper management promotes hostile work environments by discussing firing people and taking commissions from those that they are supposed to be training, this is in front of everyone in the bull pin. I have also been retaliated against when trying to give feedback, they won’t help and will try and get you to quit if you give any negative feedback. The sales team has gone from 10 people to less than 5 in less than 2 years and they are letting people train and hire that are later demoted months later. I would stay far away from here and would only use this job as a stepping stone much better opportunity is elsewhere. Never work for Garry or Zach.
