Pros
Good benefits, good paid time off, etc
Cons
Underpaid. Period. Their compensation plan pays about the same commission as other places but without the benefit of a base salary. Sure you have a "base" (expect 50k as Sr tech recruiter) but you won't see a penny more until your commission exceed that base whereas anywhere else you're making your base plus commission from your first placement. Probably not a big deal if you're a superstar with 20-25 billables, but it takes 15 syllables just to cover your base/draw. Compared to the average commission plan in staffing out there, you'll be making 35k less at those 15 billables. Do the math before signing. Probably not a bad place to learn staffing, but definitely no place for a truly Sr. Recruiter. Again, commission is about the same but without the benefit of a salary underneath it. Expect to be underpaid, micromanaged and forced to work under archaic conditions (wear a suit, everybody must come in office, etc.) as well as held to metrics that don't mean anything such as number of interviews or hours billed rather than dollars of profit made. It is a culture of fear. And, yeah, believe the other reviews about turnover and know the odds are 60% you won't be here a year later either willingly or unwillingly.
