Pros
A great supportive staff internally. I was given a great deal of solid training to understand the recruiting process.
Cons
It requires a great deal of overtime (This is not an hourly position) and the requirements to meet interview quotas (16 to 25 per week) negates building a quality pool of qualified candidates that will grow to trust you.
