Pros
Great benefits and excellent training program available if you are willing to invest in the company and the team to help grow your book of business and recruits for placement. I really like the community conference calls with other RHI offices to gain feedback and tips to better enter the marketplace for your local needs. Persistence pays off in this company. Turn objections into opportunities with consistent work flow. This can be overwhelming at the start and lots of cold calls but creativity will help you break through in areas you never thought could open doors. Joining local clubs and groups are a great way to build business in this field.
Cons
Limited resources at different branches. I traveled between 3-4 different branches in different states and each had different needs and resources available. My biggest mountain to overcome was the quality of previously recruited individuals and jobs in the database to work from and the objections from the bad reputation that one branch had acquired prior to my arrival. The bad reputation comes from no leadership/management on the local branch level. Review the local branch's reputation to ensure it is a good fit for your drive and personality. No management at one branch for several months caused a tsunami of trouble and turn-over that had to be overcome for several months.
