Job Security, I worked for Robert Half for many years and have seen over 150+ people let go. When new employees start they don't have alot of hands on training. Most of the training is read in a book. When being assigned new targets they are pretty much the companies that the current Staffing Managers or Recruting Managers don't get any business with. Most of the new employees are being trained by someone who wasn't properly trained themselves and then they want to know why your perfomance is where it is.
