Unreasonable quotas for cold calling IT professionals to convince them to register with Robert Half for jobs that you don't actually have yet. It feels deceptive, because you are trained to never say that the jobs don't actually exist currently. The goal is to market iT talent to companies to actually get the opportunity to fill jobs.
