Robert Half is one of the most recognized names in the industry. From this point alone it is a great resume builder for the professional that makes a career in the Staffing/HR Industry. There is no limit on earnings and it is a great place if you like to be rewarded for your personal production. Good benefits for the family and what they can offer candidates from benefits and alliances is very key in the company's success
Cons
Here are a few things to take into consideration: 1. no 401k for employees over 100k earning. Seems silly that they would not reward top performers 2. upper management is more concerned with the bottom-line than the employee- know this early and realize you work at a sales company and you will be less jaded 3.
