Pros

Good training on how to do the job. I liked what I did and who I worked with. It felt great to help businesses find a good employee or complete a project.

Cons

The hours are listed as 7:30 to 6:00. But the office I was in you didn't take a lunch - you felt guilty if you had a Dr. s visit and Saturdays was not out of the question. Our office had very high turn over. I sometimes felt that the number of marketing connects was more important than the actual marketing. Building a relationship with an employer usually takes more than just one 30 second phone conversation.

Pros

Hybrid, Good benefits/PTO, offered “competitions” for gift cards, cares about employees

Cons

As a recruiting manager, I felt that the pay structure was interesting with the base pay being a “draw” - meaning that you base salary is essentially commission paid to you in advance. So if you have some slow months, it rolls over and works yourself into a hole. I think it would be a better structure if it reset every month.
