Lacking - Administrative Robinson Aviation Employee Review

Not only does the VP micromanage everyone, but so does the CEO, you try and get your work done and more is dropped in your lap. When you ask for help you only get a "Figure it Out" from them. Unfortunately you wont ever get trained in what you are actually supposed to be doing. Its a skeleton crew and is getting smaller. The CEO doesn't notice she is driving people away and even the VP is ready to leave. Its all about money in her pocket, you wont get a raise and even when you do accomplish all of your goals, you aren't compensated for it.
