      Pros

      Free snacks are all I can think of.

      Cons

      High turnover rate Salary is not competitve with the cost of bay area living HR does nothing and looks the other way when complaints are made Very old building with bad A/C and leaky ceilings Poor facilities management Managers will throw associates under the bus when they can't handle their own job or stress Encouragement for growth is more talk then acted upon A lot of great hard-working employees have been let go due to manager egos CEO gives other people credit for the work you perform Healthcare coverage is not the best

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
