      Pros

      Roblox is growing quickly! The company is financially stable and has the money to expand. The people are friendly and helpful and you have some flexibility to work on stuff that interests you. Benefits are pretty solid too!

      Cons

      Our customers are young, and that can limit what we can do sometimes. It also makes the company for negative press over things that would be ignored if it happened to other companies. There's also not a lot of opportunities to work outside of HQ.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
