      Pros

      Moving fast Lost of opportunities Lots of perks (401K matching, CalTrain passes, food, drinks, lunches, events, give-aways, time to volunteer) Nice facilities and equipement

      Cons

      As with many fast moving companies process is lacking and too much knowledge is not written down. It can be hard finding out what you need to know and who to talk to.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
