      Pros

      Meaningful work, kind people, great perks. I have never worked anywhere where I have felt that what I was doing was so important. I'm constantly reminded by players and parents what a positive contribution Roblox is making their lives.

      Cons

      Rapid growth of the company creates some growing pains.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
