      Recent leadership hires from big tech - too focused on OKRs/metrics The C-suite has a say in almost every decision. Focus on the wrong priorities in my opinion Not big on remote

      Tech debt. Poor engineering standards. Micro managing. Nepotism in hiring. Roblox stock crashing. No focus or vision from ceo to course correct.
