      Fully remote, great pay, interesting projects. A wondeful relief from the games industry as a 3d artist.

      Cons

      C-Suite is too enthusiastic about in-person office culture. Company needs to see itself more as a competitor to Unity and Epic before it's too late.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
