      Strong Company Name, Innovative & Impactful Work, Great Pay, Good People

      Cons

      Kinda the wild wild west in terms of process, in regard to hiring managers a lot make their own decisions. Only real con, stock price is kinda scary but they are building and investing in tech that's never been built. Take that as you wish. Also, not much diversity

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
