      The work culture at this site is challenging compared to other locations within the company. Priorities are unclear and everything is treated as urgent, while roles and responsibilities are not well defined. Onboarding and training are minimal, leaving employees unprepared to navigate complex processes. Work/life balance is lacking, and management does not fully understand the current operational complexities, which contributes to inefficiencies and employee frustration.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
