      Good pay. Good benefits. Free coffee.

      Cons

      In Schlieren there was no HR. Management could do whatever they wanted. The whole site was basically at the whims of one person. No ways of being promoted or escaping "the site". It was a "biotech" where one person held ultimate powers, disguised as "Roche". Managers were there to please the Big Boss not to do anything else.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
