      I can use both of the foreign languages I've learned (English and German), high level technical background provided for us, great team spirit, amazing management.

      Sometimes the job is a bit monotone, not that many career opportunities.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
