      Very European and US centric, need to increase culturally diversity beyond these groups, and make it more attractive to have an international career.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
