      Pros

      Collaborative working environment - great offices with onsite gym and restaurant. Autonomy in your role with room for progression. Ability to take ownership and share ideas. The GM is so inspirational!

      Cons

      Location is fairly remote but the office space makes up for this.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
