      Developing people matters at Roche as well as growing effective leaders. Integrity and compliance is an absolute priority as it should be companie. At Roche we live it!

      Cons

      Coexistance of old and new styles sometimes slows down transformation. But it does not prevent it to happen!

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
