Pros
Many smart people who will create technical solutions. Salary/compensation not highest, but also not much layoffs.
Cons
Highly political environment where decisions are often top heavy generated. Directors/Sr Functional leaders often are just messengers and don't have much influential power. Not a very diverse company - US Employees have a disadvantage in getting promoted.
