      Pros

      The people in general are great. The R&D pipeline is fun to be involved with. The benefits package is really good.

      Cons

      Big corporate culture. Start-up flavor lost. Moves with the agility of the USS Arizona. Technology may be losing its market luster a bit. Work harder! Vacation time is a mega downer.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
