Pros

. Want people to have a life beyond work and allow you to balance your work load; . Give people and teams autonomy to make decisions and allow them to learn from mistakes. . Excellent pay and benefits (salary, bonus, car, health / life insurances..)

Cons

You can get overwhelmed by the amount of training / internal meetings you get pulled in to; Company is still adjusting to new operational mode and organizational changes, so people are still figuring out their best approach to the new roles; It as a lot of solutions, services and products to offer but a somewhat disconnected value prop for customers - its changing but still a lot of work to do

We appreciate your thoughtful comments. Our leaders are prepared for their role through training. In line with our values and our seven leadership commitments as guidelines, we expect them to continually make use of the education and training programmes specifically tailored to their needs. Employees receive benefits in line with what they contribute, how they contribute and the influence they have on the company and thus on clients and patients. This is based on a good relationship between employees and leaders with a focus on valuable contributions. For leaders the leadership commitments are an integral part of their contribution. Next to the achievement of their yearly goals, leaders are rated on how they live the Roche values, apply core competencies and fulfill the Leadership Commitments. Thanks again for your review, we wish you all the best for your future within our company.

Pros

The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

Cons

They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
