We are working hard to ensure our employees are inspired and engaged to do their best work so that we can bring medicines and diagnostic solutions to patients faster. We are aware that our organisation is currently going through many changes. This is mainly due to the fact that the outside world is also changing very quickly and we need to structure ourselves in such a way that we can react quickly and flexibly.
