Pros
The company is very people focused. You can have a nice work-life balance, that the company supports and it is feelable that you have every thing at your disposal as an employee to grow in career and also to have a meaningful life out side of the company. The people here are nice, they can be like your family. The workload usally calm, but sometimes can reach peak. Since we are working for internal customers, the atmosphare is good, supportive and partnering.
Cons
Sometime it can feel there is no vision for within the P&C organization, and we are winging the goals, scope. Sometimes it feels that you need to push your own luck and there is no safety net below you.
