      Great benefits, good salary, facilities in Basel are fantastic including Gym, swimming pool, modern buildings, etc...

      Cons

      Too much of an alignment culture. Decision making is slow and requires many meetings and "pre-alignments" with multiple stakeholders.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
