Great job, but too many supervisors for one person. - Psychiatric Technician Rock County Employee Review

Although I worked by myself nights, holidays, and weekends, there were 3 supervisors I had to deal with, not just my own. The supervisor that got me canned did not like it when I called her out for belittling me because her ego was huge. I asked for help many times with the situation and got nowhere. With all of that, there was also a program manager that really didn't know what she was doing. The organization wasn't there at all and a lot of times all I heard was complaining.
