      Pros

      Long history for this program and good reputation with the Industry and the FAA.

      Cons

      Illinois State budget constraints are now limiting how and what Instructors can teach, aircraft are aging too quickly to be maintained by the program and leadership is a bit of a mess with a serious lack of consistency and communication
