Complete disorganized craziness from the Board down. - Anonymous employee Rock Valley College Employee Review

There is a TOTAL lack of communication at this College and this place is going downhill FAST. It's also turning into a technical college. It's almost as if each building runs its own agenda. (This is NOT good for the students). Disappointed, because I was VERY excited about this job. I just wish the excitement had lasted. Run. Oh, and the pay was horrible.
