RockForce is disorganized, there are no standard ways to doing things. The amount of paperwork required from the field management is insane! There's a lot of drama at RockForce, they are not kidding when they say RockForce treat their employee like family. Leaders and management are unqualified, a lot of people pretending to know what they're doing. Fake it until you make it mentality. Had a lot of issues paying vendors and subcontractors making it difficult to perform work.
