Pros

Nice people, nice concept, good to get some experience in the industry

Cons

Lots of layoffs under the new management because they are running out of money which is impacting technology, fixed income, accounting, tax, HR and other depts. Unfortunately most layoffs have impacted mostly minorities who seem to be the most vulnerable and expendable during job cuts.

Pros

Work from home flexibility Paycheck

Cons

Just a horrible company to work for. I can't say many good things. Hostile working environment. There's tension on every call. Working conditions led to depressive state. I became unhealthy, I gained weight. Don't leave a job to come here. I've been gone a few years and I am so much happier and healthier to not have to work there anymore. Such a mistake to work there.
