Pros
- Nobody else would give me a job - Good money for no degree - I have met great people - The company is strong and growing - I love the clients and would love to better the company with that love. - People need help and the clients need it, Quicken Loans has the lowest default rate on residential mortgages.
Cons
- There is no feeling of importance with the company [expendable] - High turnover, hiring 200 a month, after 90 days, less than 50% remain - Rant- I am responsible for over 300 loans. I must confirm over 50 clients every day. I am only able to consider conversations that end in client agreement confirmed. More emphasis is place on numeric regulation than quality client care. On my team, I have the highest client satisfaction rating on my team, but middle management is impressed only by numbers of clients contacted.
