Work/Life Balance is a struggle as it is normal to assume 60+ hour weeks outside of internal sales competitions, and 70+ hour expectations during those periods The work culture can greatly vary based on your director and regional VP. Some are amazing, and care deeply. Others will throw you under the bus without second thought because you are easily replaceable.
