Pros

Decent benefits, awesome perks, they do a lot of fun things to keep employee moral up, fun culture, great peers

Cons

Not a whole lot, but I would like to comment on everyone's complaints about the hours they are working. I have interviewed with Quicken twice - the first time was for a sales/mortgage banker position (this was before my computer science degree) and was told from the start the amount of hours and weekend work I would have to put in. They did not try to hide it from me AT ALL. For that reason I didn't continue with the process. Then this past year I was interviewing for a technology position I also asked them about hours and work/life balance. They told me there was some over time for major projects and 1 night a month for production pushes; this has completely held true. So those who are complaining should realize that they were likely told the amount of hours they were going to work, but refused to take heed. Those hours are what they job requires due to our customers free hours, it's a fact of life. You chose the job and the job happens to come with those hours. It's a shame that so many people fault the company for what must be done.

Pros

Licenses are paid for by the company The early trainings are effective Strong values that help set employees on the right path of actions professionally

Cons

"Limitless compensation" is oversold when there may not be ample opportunities to make a 6 figure income that they might promise. Work/Life Balance is a struggle as it is normal to assume 60+ hour weeks outside of internal sales competitions, and 70+ hour expectations during those periods The work culture can greatly vary based on your director and regional VP. Some are amazing, and care deeply. Others will throw you under the bus without second thought because you are easily replaceable.
