Pros

You'll get to work on very important projects and have lots of opportunities to grow and learn. Management doesn't really pay attention so you can do whatever you want on your own schedule.

Cons

Leadership changes every 3-6 months and the environment is constantly changing. Also, Quicken pays significantly less than other nearby companies. Your work will be praised, but won't be reflected in raises or bonuses, even if you're a rock star. Most of the company didn't get bonuses this year even though it's our "Best year ever". ~200 years of IT experience voluntarily walks out the door every month. Because of this, most tech solutions are sluggish and un-optimized, making day to day work require a series of tedious hacks to just do your job.

Pros

Health Benefits; Remote Availability; Base Salary

Cons

Leadership is lost, Heather Lovier at the helm is driving banking force to the ground. Many bankers going on leave and quitting. Constant change in comp plan for the worse in a difficult rate environment with high inflation in the economy is a recipe for disaster. Team leaders are scared of their own shadows, no say in direction while upper leadership stare at spreadsheets to make decisions instead of having a real pulse on what’s really happening on the front line. Banker morale at an all time low.
