Worse company I ever worked for, worse job I ever had. Expect to get yelled at and humiliated by your manager if you are not closing enough loans. Don't expect good leads. Everything management tells you is a spin, if not a lie. They keep coming up with new ways to screw their employees out of paying commissions. You'll be Micro managed like crazy. They will work you to the bone, and guess what no over time. The turnover rate at the company is huge, they even tell you in training if you last at the company more than 6 months you're considered a dinosaur. If you want to work crazy hours, have no life, and not be compensated for your work this is the place for you.
