Team Leader - Team Leader Rocket Employee Review

I left a great job for growth opportunity at QL...wish I had know about glassdoor. Most team members were fantastic to work with. Unfortunately, those that have been at QL for years & years stick together and walk a very fine line on their ethics. When someone comes in that knows more about business than leaders do, they feel threatened and "release" them. The culture would be great if they really followed it, don't be fooled, the open door policy will get you walked out if you question the processes. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CURRENT JOB FOR ANY OPPORTUNITY AT QUICKEN LOANS....TRUST ME, IT IS A HORRIBLE MISTAKE!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAREER AND NOT GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT AS THEY WALK YOU OUT THE DOOR.
