Optimal environment for learning and growing as there are plenty of opportunities for promotion, you get what you put in and leadership is committed to helping you realize your full potential
Cons
Expectations are that this is your family and home when you work here, even if you already have a family and a home. Scary amount of pressure from leadership to fraternize with team members (even opposite gender regardless of your marital status) and the line between personal and business isn't just fine, it's non-existant
