Pros
The culture is amazing! Pay is great for most, benefits are awesome.
Cons
I worked for Quicken for many, many years & sacrificed A LOT for them. I recently quit, leaving behind a huge income. Realized though that nothing is more important than my family. I Never got home before 10PM. This is a great place to work for those fresh out of college who can be "molded" into exactly what Quicken wants. All of the "perks" make it appear that, on the surface, it the greatest place on earth. Upper management preaches "Family first" however when you try to make family first you're penalized or reprimanded for not working 10-12 hours. You have absolutely NO quality of life! The commission structure constantly changes, you're ask to do X, we give you X+ some. Then the comp plan is change & the bar is raised, often requiring you to do MORE for less $$. They are expert brain washers
