Constant change in comp plan for the worse in a difficult rate environment with high inflation in the economy is a recipe for disaster. Team leaders are scared of their own shadows, no say in direction while upper leadership stare at spreadsheets to make decisions instead of having a real pulse on what’s really happening on the front line. Banker morale at an all time low.
