Pros
Surrounded by tons of knowledgeable people that are very willing to help. There are so many developers to learn from and if you ask them for help they are always willing to lend a hand. This company does not feel like everyone is under a lot of pressure to get something done, which can be great because it doesn't feel like its every employee for themselves.
Cons
The transition from an intern to a full-time employee is a little awkward and should be handled differently. Overall, the quality of your work as an intern likely won't be taken into consideration (or your team leader review) in the decision for hiring IF you are being interviewed by another team. If the team you interned on is not hiring, you will be "sold" to another team and you will have to interview with them which feels like a completely external applicant interview.
