Pros
The people are so fun and really have a passion for what they do! The offices are colorful and fun, which brighten your mood when you're there. They also do contests to give away tickets to events in Detroit, and even provide food sometimes for the late nights you're there. You get a lot of training so you're not just thrown into something without the background knowledge. You also get a hefty bonus if you pass your licensing exam on the first try!
Cons
Some Saturday's are required, and the hours are long there is no denying that. However you're aware of this before you take the job so you cannot really make excuses for this. Work/Life balance is minimal. You make friends at work who love to go out at night and stuff, but if you're wanting time with your family, this isn't the place for you. Typically working like 8-8 days.
