Pros
The culture is great and like most companies, they were able to provide me remote work throughout the pandemic.
Cons
After years of "being taken care of" around the holidays, whether that's a holiday party or a Christmas bonus, that has changed this year. There was nothing awarded for hours and hours of hard work and effort this year. For what I do, the pay is not equivalent to the amount of time and effort I have put into this position. Zero value shown for the work that has been done across the company. I would not recommend this company.
