Cons
There is zero work life balance. You are required to work 11 hour days plus 2 weekends days a month. If you’re not pacing to goal, they expect you to work all weekends. They get mad if you take an hour lunch. You’re chained to your desk. When you’re not on call block you can’t be paused for more than 7 minutes. My mental health drastically dropped in the 9 months I was there. Only a few people from each team make the big bucks, otherwise you make minimum wage. Directors are shady too. Mine told me to not worry about taking a deposit from a client, only to have loan fall through and the company took the $500 deposit from my commission check. Truly the worst job I’ve ever had.
