I learned more here in 4 years than I could have at any other company because of all the responsibilities above my pay grade that were put on my plate. Of course this meant I was working 60+ hours a week, including full Saturdays at times.
Cons
Of course this meant I was working 60+ hours a week, including full Saturdays at times. Was basically paid minimum wage for 3 years when you include all the overtime hours worked. Also had to deal with retaliation for showing examples of sexism within my team. If you're not in their good graces and drinking the kool-aid you may as well be a leper.
