Pros

You get PTO right off the bat

Cons

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY/CULT! THEY MESSED UP MY MENTAL HEALTH. I HAVE SEVERE ANXIETY FROM THIS COMPANY/CULT. Let's start, they will make you work 10+ hours/day and MICRO Manage every second of your life. They will blast you in fron of everyone if you're struggling with your numbers. Your Leader is most likely a 25 year old trying to impress his bosses by micromanaging the F out of you. If you're more than 5 minutes in the rest room your phone will blow up with texts from your leader "Where are you, what are you doing?" They expect you to put 10 to 12 hours a day and give you a 30 minute break. Like WTF? Where's the humanity? You get paid less than $10/hour and rob you from your overtime pay. They found a loophole where they payless after 40 hours. They MAKE Billions yet don't pay you a percentage from the loan like every other broker. I sold over 11 loans and got paid $1,000 in commission. If I sold those 11 loans at a brokerage I would've made at least $20k in commission. Run guys, apply for a brokerage, you'll make a LOT more and less time spent as a slave. It's true, they call themselves a BIG FAMILY, BIG RED FLAG RUN!!!

Pros

Strong technical stack and real ownership of enterprise reporting. Complex servicing and NPL data gives senior analysts room to build governance, dimensional models, and end-to-end pipelines with genuine business impact. Skilled peers and access to large regulated datasets (FNMA, FHLMC, HUD) that sharpen your craft.

Cons

Heavy reliance on undocumented legacy systems that fall on individual contributors to reverse engineer. Knowledge concentration creates single points of failure and inconsistent handoff when people leave. Org changes and shifting priorities can outpace documentation and process maturity.
