Pros
Health insurance is great and my direct team members are wonderful to work with. Access to the city and free parking on weekends is a major bonus that would keep me here longer if it wasn't for the cons.
Cons
A lot has happened here in the past year that have been frustrating. It's no secret the mortgage industry is struggling, but the way the company handled reducing the workforce was disheartening. It was secretive and felt like they had something to hide. In addition to the reduced workforce, leadership has not addressed concerns about where the company is headed. Leadership keeps changing its word so it feels like we are constantly lied to. Another issue is compensation. We constantly say that we are a tech company, but we aren't paid like it and leadership uses inflation as an excuse to not give raises.
